Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP EWM, strong architecture capabilities, and experience delivering complex warehouse and supply chain solutions.
This role is primarily remote, with periodic travel to client locations as required. All travel expenses will be covered by the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions across client environments.
- Define end-to-end warehouse management architecture, integrating SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, TM, MM, PP, and other logistics modules.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EWM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for SAP EWM configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Lead system design workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution reviews.
- Design and implement inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, RF framework, labor management, slotting, and wave management.
- Ensure integration with external systems, automation equipment, WCS, and third-party logistics platforms.
- Support testing strategies (SIT, UAT) and guide teams during implementation and deployment phases.
- Mentor and guide functional and technical teams on SAP EWM architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP EWM.
- Proven experience as an SAP EWM Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with: SAP EWM Embedded and Decentralized implementations, S/4HANA integration, Warehouse process design (Inbound, Outbound, Cross Docking, Putaway, Picking), RF Framework, Labor Management, Wave Management.
- Experience integrating EWM with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, TM, and QM.
- Strong experience with system architecture, solution design, and large-scale implementations.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Travel Requirements
Role is primarily remote with occasional travel to client sites as needed. All travel expenses will be covered by the client.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100 – $150 per year (Estimated)
