Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Consultant for a long-term engagement in Austin, TX. This role is critical for managing complex warehouse operations and ensuring seamless integration across the SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the landscape management, availability, and performance of all SAP systems within the enterprise.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of SAP systems.
- Support SAP systems throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to post-go-live support.
- Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply security patches to ensure system integrity.
- Implement and manage robust backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems to minimize data loss.
- Provide technical upgrades and functional enhancements to meet evolving business requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex problems related to connectivity, web services, and overall SAP solution architecture.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations teams, and external service providers to drive project success.
Technical Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with SAP BTP and core EWM modules.
- Strong expertise in ECC to EWM and SAP ME to EWM interfaces (2-5 years).
- Deep industry knowledge in warehouse management processes (10+ years).
- Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA EWM Decentralized environments (5-10 years).
- Proficiency in S/4 TMS to S/4 EWM integration (2-5 years).
- Extensive experience in core EWM functions: Receiving, Shipping, Warehouse Operations, and Handheld devices.
- Advanced knowledge of CIF, DRF, QRFC, PPF, and the EWM RF Framework (10+ years).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
