Position Summary: SAP EWM – HANA Consultant
Shrive Technologies LLC is looking for an expert SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant for a long-term onsite role in Santa Clara, California. This position is specifically tailored for a professional with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and a proven track record within the manufacturing and semiconductor industries. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable warehouse solutions that meet the unique demands of high-tech production environments, including cleanroom handling and serialized component tracking.
Core Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP EWM in S/4HANA environments. Develop end-to-end processes for inbound/outbound logistics, internal movements, and production supply.
- Advanced EWM Configuration: Manage RF framework, slotting, labor management, wave management, and batch/serial handling.
- Industry-Specific Logistics: Design flows for semiconductor fabs and OSAT operations, including Kanban, production staging, and tooling management.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Seamlessly integrate EWM with MM, PP, QM, and TM modules to ensure a unified supply chain.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with ABAP teams on BAPIs, IDocs, and Fiori app enhancements. Lead workshops, fit-gap sessions, and solution walkthroughs for stakeholders.
- Testing & Cutover: Drive SIT/UAT cycles, manage data migration for warehouse structures, and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least 7 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked on S/4HANA versions 1809 or later. A background in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing is essential to understand the complexities of yield, lot genealogy, and traceability. You should have a comprehensive understanding of material flow systems and the ability to write detailed functional specifications. Excellent communication skills are required to manage stakeholders and provide guidance to offshore teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with automation systems such as AGVs and robotics is highly desirable. Knowledge of MES integration (e.g., Camstar or Applied Materials) and SAP certifications in EWM or S/4HANA Supply Chain will be considered a significant advantage. We are looking for a consultant who has participated in global template rollouts and multi-site deployments, bringing a strategic perspective to digital transformation initiatives.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
