Job Description: SAP EWM Specialist
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) professional to join our team. This role is critical for managing and optimizing our global logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP EWM, AMS delivery, and a proven ability to lead teams in complex, SLA-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support and implementation for SAP EWM modules.
- Manage and oversee the transition of AMS (Application Management Services) for global enterprises, with a focus on multisite warehouses.
- Deeply engage in functional expertise across core EWM processes including Inbound, Outbound, Goods Issue/Receipt (GI/GR), Putaway, Replenishment, and RF (Radio Frequency) operations.
- Ensure seamless integration of EWM with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Transportation Management (TM), as well as automation systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of EWM specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage complex operational challenges and ensure adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage client expectations, and provide analytical and problem-solving support.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of warehouse management systems and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP EWM, including S/4HANA EWM.
- Work onsite to ensure direct oversight and collaboration with operational teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 10+ years specifically focused on SAP EWM.
- Strong background in Application Management Services (AMS) delivery for global enterprises, with a preference for experience in multisite warehouses.
- Significant experience in AMS transition management, particularly as a receiver of transitioned services.
- In-depth functional expertise in SAP EWM processes: Inbound, Outbound, GI/GR, Putaway, Replenishment, and RF functionalities.
- Demonstrated experience with EWM integration with MM, SD, TM, and various automation systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and environments with tight SLAs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively onsite, lead teams, and manage client expectations in a dynamic setting.
- Experience working with global logistics operations.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA EWM is highly desirable.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
