Position Summary
Siri Info Solutions is looking for a Senior SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to lead complex warehouse transformation projects for our client in Raritan, NJ. This role requires a deep technical and functional understanding of SAP EWM modules, specifically within the S/4HANA environment. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end warehouse processes that optimize supply chain efficiency and integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP EWM solutions, covering inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
- Design and set up complex warehouse structures, including storage types, sections, bins, and activity areas.
- Configure RF framework and design custom RF screen layouts to improve warehouse floor productivity.
- Manage HU (Handling Unit) management, serial number tracking, and batch management within the EWM environment.
- Facilitate integration between SAP EWM and core logistics modules such as SD, PP, MM, and PM.
- Develop functional specifications for technical teams and oversee the development of BAdIs and custom enhancements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues involving IDocs, CIF (Core Interface), and queue management.
Project Management & Methodology
- Apply Agile Development Methodologies to manage project lifecycles, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and perform gap analysis to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Oversee Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Meticulously plan cutover activities and data migration strategies to ensure minimal business disruption.
- Provide post-go-live support and ad-hoc training to end-users and stakeholders.
Technical Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP EWM (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Proven track record of successful E2E business process flow design.
- Strong debugging skills to analyze SAP code and support custom business logic.
- Expertise in wave management, picking strategies, packing, and staging.
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes and deconsolidation strategies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
