Role Overview: SAP FI-CO Consultant
We are currently seeking a dedicated SAP FI-CO Consultant with a heavy emphasis on the Controlling (CO) module for a critical onsite position in Grafton, Wisconsin. This role is designed for a functional expert who can bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and technical SAP configurations. The successful candidate will work closely with local finance teams to optimize their use of SAP, ensuring accurate cost accounting, profit analysis, and internal reporting. This is an onsite requirement, emphasizing the need for a consultant who can provide face-to-face support and collaborate effectively within a manufacturing or corporate office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP CO Module Optimization: Take ownership of the Controlling module, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing. Ensure that all CO processes are aligned with the organization’s financial reporting standards.
- Functional Configuration: Perform end-to-end configuration within the FI and CO modules. This includes defining master data, setting up allocation cycles, and configuring settlement rules to ensure accurate financial data flow.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand their pain points. Translate these business needs into functional specifications for the technical development team.
- Onsite Support and Training: Provide immediate, onsite troubleshooting for financial users. Develop and deliver training materials to help the local team maximize their efficiency within the SAP environment.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of FI-CO with other modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution), ensuring that financial impacts of logistics transactions are correctly recorded.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
