Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Analyst for a remote contract position. This role requires a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a focus on configuration, implementation, and user support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct testing, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP FICO Configuration: Configure company codes, including European and Americas entities, assets, and capital project systems.
- Cost Management: Manage cost center creation and assessments.
- Banking Configuration: Configure banking modules, with a specific emphasis on European banking (Poland and Spain), including SWIFT integration.
- COPA and Integration: Work with COPA (Controlling Profitability Analysis) and ensure seamless integration with AP (Accounts Payable) and Sourcing/Purchasing processes.
- User Guidance and Testing: Guide end-users through testing phases and provide support for SAP FICO functionalities.
- Interface Management: Facilitate interface integration with other systems such as payroll, travel, tax systems, and Hyperion.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users to determine functional requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Functional Expertise: Minimum of 3 years as an Analyst or 6+ years as a Senior Analyst with hands-on FICO configuration experience.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with users to define requirements and conduct thorough testing.
- Module Knowledge: Specific experience in FI configuration, including company codes (European and Americas), assets, capital projects, cost centers, banking (especially Europe), COPA, and AP integration.
- System Integration: Experience with integrating SAP FICO with payroll, travel, tax systems, and Hyperion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with European banking configurations and SWIFT integration.
- Familiarity with SAP Sourcing/Purchasing modules.
- Experience with Hyperion integration.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)
