Role Summary
Support migration from on-premise SAP S/4HANA 2021 (SP3) to RISE with SAP on Microsoft Azure, including an upgrade to S/4HANA 2025. The SAP FICO consultant will lead functional design, testing, and stabilization activities for Finance and Controlling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO activities during S/4HANA upgrade and RISE migration
- Analyze and remediate S/4HANA 2025 functional impacts (FI & CO)
- Support configuration, enhancements, and data validation
- Lead UAT support, defect resolution, and cutover activities
- Coordinate with Basis, Technical, and Business teams
- Support postgo-live stabilization
Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP FICO experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Public sector or healthcare experience
- Expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CC, PC, IO)
- Experience with S/4HANA upgrades or migrations
- Strong business and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification
