Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO/RAR Lead to join our team. This role involves leading SAP FICO and RAR implementations, providing expert support, and ensuring seamless financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Finance, S/4HANA, and Revenue Accounting and Reporting.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO).
- 5+ years of hands-on S/4HANA Finance implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) design and configuration.
- Integration knowledge with SD and MM modules.
- Experience with financial close processes, reconciliation, and reporting tools.
- Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN) and/or multi-ERP landscapes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with business users and leadership.
- Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and communicate fluently and effectively with all levels of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.
- Experience in working in IT production support system.
- Experience in Fiori apps for Finance.
- Familiarity with BTP, CPI, and other integration technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP FICO and RAR implementation projects.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP FICO and RAR modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex financial system issues.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Ensure successful integration between SAP modules and other systems.
- Facilitate financial close processes and reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO and RAR functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP FICO and RAR.
- Deep understanding of S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience with Fiori apps and integration technologies (BTP, CPI).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
