About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP UI5 developer to design and implement cutting-edge SAP Fiori and BTP applications that directly impact our business. You’ll leverage your deep expertise in SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SAP BTP to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with backend developers and functional consultants to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive SAP Fiori applications on S/4 HANA and BTP, adhering to FORD SAP Fiori design principles and UX best practices.
  • Deep proficiency in SAP UI5, Fiori, CAM, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and OData.
  • Strong experience in CDS and AMDP. Experience with SAP RAP and CAP application development.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Fiori design principles, UX best practices, and accessibility standards.
  • Harness the power of SAP BTP to build, deploy, and manage innovative SAP Build applications (Both LCNC and PC).
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
  • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to UI5/Fiori applications.
  • Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and Fiori Architecture on Cloud and On-Premises deployments.
  • Experience with Fiori Launchpad Designer, Catalogs, Groups, and Portal.
  • Strong advocate of clean core principles.
  • Experience with SAP Build workzone is a plus.
  • Proven experience with SAP Web IDE/Business Application Studio.
  • Experience with SAP BTP Build and process automation.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Solid understanding of SAP security concepts and authorization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • This is an onsite position in Dearborn, MI.
  • The contract duration is approximately 12 months.

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
