Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SAP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team for a critical integration project involving the Quantum application and SAP S/4 HANA. As organizations continue to modernize their financial ecosystems in 2026, the seamless integration of specialized treasury management systems like Quantum with the core SAP S/4 HANA ERP is paramount. This role is designed for a professional who not only understands the technical nuances of SAP but also possesses the strategic vision to manage complex vendor relationships and cross-functional team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and implementation of integration touchpoints between the Quantum application and SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Treasury modules.
- Collaborate with external application vendors to define technical specifications, API requirements, and data mapping protocols to ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify gaps in current financial workflows and propose optimized solutions within the S/4 HANA environment.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), and post-go-live support.
- Act as the primary liaison between the SAP technical team and business stakeholders to translate complex financial requirements into actionable system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily financial operations and reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed functional documentation, including configuration guides, process maps, and user training manuals.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Finance (FI) and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met within the defined scope and budget.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure high adoption rates of the integrated system.
Technical Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in SAP functional consulting, with a specific focus on Finance and Treasury modules.
- Proven track record of successful SAP S/4 HANA implementations or migrations.
- In-depth knowledge of the Quantum application and its specific integration requirements with SAP ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes, including cash management, debt and investment, and financial risk management.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, or other modern integration technologies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.

You must be a self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
