Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM – US Payroll Consultant with SuccessFactors recruitment skill profiles. The resource will be required to work onsite at the client’s location in Omaha, NE, 5 days a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
This role involves supporting Incidents with P1, P2, P3, and P4 priorities, as well as handling service requests and enhancements. It is a client-facing position where the consultant will work extensively with client stakeholders and coordinate with offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of US Payroll processes and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll processes.
- Experience with SuccessFactors recruitment module is a plus.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Omaha, NE, 5 days a week.
- Must be H1b or equivalent and have 12+ years of experience.
Special Requirements
H1b and 12+ years experience required. Onsite at client site 5 days a week 8 to 5 pm CST.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
