Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR/ABAP professional with strong Payroll experience to join a critical S/4HANA greenfield implementation project. This role involves working with SAP RISE on a private cloud environment and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure a successful setup.
Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in the SAP RISE implementation on a private cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the project team to design, develop, and deploy SAP HR/ABAP solutions, with a specific focus on Payroll functionalities.
- Contribute to the greenfield S/4HANA setup, ensuring best practices and optimal configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP HR/ABAP issues, particularly related to Payroll.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP HR/ABAP configurations and developments.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of data within the SAP HR/Payroll modules.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, especially in S/4HANA and RISE.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven strong experience in SAP HR/ABAP development.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Payroll module.
- Experience with SAP RISE implementation on private cloud is highly desirable.
- Experience in greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEF).
- Strong understanding of SAP HR modules beyond Payroll, such as Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Organizational Management (OM).
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Project Details:
- Client: NTT
- Location: Bismarck, ND
- Duration: 1 year contract with potential for extension.
- Travel: Alternate weeks for the first 3-4 months, then possibly once a month.
- Expenses: Paid

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: Bismarck, ND
