Job Description: SAP IS Retail Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS Retail Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing retail business processes, translating them into effective SAP solutions, and configuring SAP IS Retail modules. This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations and SAP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze retail business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Configure SAP IS Retail modules, including Merchandise Management (MM), Pricing & Promotions, and Assortment Planning.
  • Work with integration points across SAP systems such as SAP MM, SD, and FICO.
  • Support Point of Sale (POS) systems integration.
  • Handle master data management, including Articles, Sites, and Assortments.
  • Perform testing activities, including unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide production support and resolve system issues.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP IS Retail processes.
  • Experience with Article Master Data, Listing and Assortments, Pricing procedures, and Retail procurement.
  • Integration knowledge with SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
  • Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is preferred.

Functional Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of retail business operations, including store operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
