Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MM EWM Functional Consultant for a long-term contract engagement in Los Angeles, CA. This role is critical for guiding and implementing sophisticated supply chain solutions with a primary focus on SAP technology. The successful candidate will analyze existing business processes, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and system performance within a complex enterprise environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support complex business processes within the SAP ecosystem, specifically focusing on Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Lead the configuration and maintenance of Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Batch Jobs, and IDOCs.
- Manage EWM configurations including inbound and outbound processes, as well as internal warehouse operations such as physical inventory and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate SAP SuccessFactors and other cloud-based procurement tools like Ariba and Fieldglass.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership during ADM and transition projects, ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity.
- Oversee the maintenance and setup of Cfolders and SUS (Supplier User Services) configurations, including service purchase orders and vendor onboarding.
- Facilitate integration between ECC, PI, and external portals to ensure robust material and service PO confirmation and invoicing.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive experience in SAP MM configuration: Procurement, Inventory management, MRP, and IDOC processing.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP EWM: Inbound/Outbound logistics and internal warehouse management.
- Proficiency in SAP SRM: Classic scenarios, shopping carts, and catalog management.
- Experience with SAP PI/PO for system integration and workflow management.
- Familiarity with modern procurement platforms including Ariba and Fieldglass.
- Ability to manage Material and Service PO confirmations and complex invoicing setups.

- Proven track record in utility business domain procurement is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $75 – $75 per year
