Position Summary
DevRabbit IT Solutions is looking for a Senior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant for a crucial onsite project in Dallas, Texas. This is a high-impact role requiring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and large-scale migration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of deep functional expertise and technical knowledge of modern SAP integration and web technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP PM modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Drive data migration activities using tools such as LSMW, LTMC, and the S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
- Facilitate seamless integration between SAP and external systems using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware platforms like SAP PI/PO or CPI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA implementation and conversion strategies.
- Design and deploy Fiori apps and UI5 interfaces to enhance user productivity in maintenance operations.
- Ensure cross-functional integration with related modules including Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Required Technical Skills
- 10+ years of mandatory experience in SAP PM.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and business process mapping.
- Proven track record in SAP migration projects and data cleansing activities.
- Technical proficiency in web technologies including REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Deep understanding of integration tools: SAP PI/PO, CPI, or similar middleware.
- Expertise in data migration tools: LSMW, LTMC, and Migration Cockpit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation or system conversion projects.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
- Knowledge of MM, PP, or EAM modules.
- SAP Certification in PM or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year
