Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/PLM Lead for an urgent requirement from our end client. This is a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Understand material master structures and key fields, including classification and characteristics.
- Demonstrate solid experience in integrating and mapping PLM systems to SAP.
- Possess knowledge of Work centers, Bills of Materials (BoM), Routings, Production versions, and Engineering Change Masters.
- Experience in configuring and using transaction CEWB.
- Experience working with Alternate materials (BoM) and Interchangeability (FFFC).
- Good understanding of make-to-order production orders.
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of parameter effective BoM/Routings is a huge plus.
- Authoring Functional Specifications.
- Experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements:
- Strong experience in SAP PP and PLM modules.
- Proficiency in material master, BoM, Routings, and Production versions.
- Experience with PLM system integration to SAP.
- Experience with CEWB configuration and usage.
- Familiarity with Alternate materials and Interchangeability.
- Experience in SIT/UAT.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
