Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to support Equipment Refurbishment processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. This role requires a strong understanding of both Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, with a focus on S/4HANA functionality and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP S/4HANA PP & QM modules to align with business needs.
- Map business requirements to SAP best practices, including Demand Management, MRP, and Capacity Planning.
- Provide support for Production Order Execution and Serial Number Management.
- Work closely with WBS settlement and equipment refurbishment processes.
- Ensure seamless integration with EAM, CS, MM, Finance, and SD modules.
- Create functional specifications and execute comprehensive testing.
- Conduct workshops, deliver training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
- Manage equipment linked with materials, assets, and serial numbers.
- Oversee inventory transfers between customer sites and plants.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5+ years of SAP PP & QM experience.
- At least 1-2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA functionality and Fiori apps.
- Proven experience in production planning and quality management.
- Knowledge of equipment refurbishment processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM.
- Exposure to asset and equipment lifecycle management.

- Travel: 50%+

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
