Job Description: SAP PS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant with mandatory experience in Asset Management for a long-term contract role. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Structuring: Utilize Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements to effectively break down projects into manageable hierarchical tasks.
  • Scheduling: Employ Networks to map project activities, dependencies, and timelines. Utilize Gantt charts for efficient resource allocation and tracking.
  • Cost and Budgeting: Facilitate detailed cost planning, revenue planning, and strict budget control for all projects.
  • Logistics Integration: Ensure seamless integration with Material Management (MM) for procurement processes and Production Planning (PP) for production processes.
  • Asset Management: Implement and manage asset management functionalities within SAP PS, ensuring proper tracking and lifecycle management of project assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP PS modules.
  • Document project configurations and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SAP PS Consultant.
  • Mandatory experience with SAP PS and Asset Management functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of project structuring, scheduling, cost, and budget control.
  • Experience with MM and PP integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
