Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Architect to lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and architectural expertise, along with hands-on configuration experience in QM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA QM solutions
- Act as the QM Solution Architect across full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Design end-to-end integrated solutions across business processes
- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements
- Apply industry best practices in Quality Management and manufacturing
- Conduct and lead client design workshops and requirement discussions
- Provide functional and architectural guidance to delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
Essential Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM)
- Hands-on experience in QM configuration and customization
- Experience leading SAP full lifecycle implementations
- Deep understanding of: Quality Management processes, Manufacturing processes, Business process analysis
- Experience in Life Sciences domain with regulatory compliance knowledge
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with integrated SAP modules (MM, PP, EWM, etc.)
- Exposure to validation processes (CSV) in Life Sciences
- Familiarity with Agile/Activate methodologies
Special Requirements
Only US, Canada, and Mexico Visas are applicable (No H1B or EAD)
Compensation & Location
Salary: $75 – $85 per year
