Position Summary
SYSMIND LLC is looking for a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Cutover & Test Management Lead for a long-term contract position based onsite in Chandler, AZ. This role is central to the successful deployment of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation project. The Lead will be responsible for the strategic coordination of end-to-end solution integration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the meticulous planning and execution of cutover activities. This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SIT and UAT execution strategy to ensure full solution integration and business readiness.
- Drive ALM updates and coordinate testing efforts across all functional and technical workstreams to maintain project momentum.
- Manage the defect resolution lifecycle, ensuring all critical issues are addressed prior to go-live.
- Oversee testing user roles and facilitate super user adoption to ensure a smooth transition for the business.
- Create, maintain, and track detailed end-to-end cutover plans that align with the overall S/4HANA deployment timeline.
- Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint to organize milestones, dependencies, and task owners.
- Monitor progress against the cutover plan, identifying risks, gaps, and potential schedule impacts early.
- Produce regular status reports, executive dashboards, and readiness updates for project leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to validate task completion and operational readiness.
- Lead cutover rehearsals, checkpoints, and facilitate go/no-go decision forums.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA or major ERP deployments in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on expertise in SIT, UAT, and cutover planning and execution support.
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint for complex project tracking.
- Strong competence in HP ALM and other industry-standard test management tools.
- Ability to structure complex plans and track intricate interdependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with standard project management governance and audit-ready documentation practices.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
