Job Opportunity: SAP S/4HANA FI Consultant
iTech US, Inc. is actively seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA FI Consultant for an urgent business requirement with one of our premier clients. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP Finance and contribute to critical business processes.
Role Overview:
The SAP S/4HANA FI Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced solutions for enhancements and production support within the SAP Finance module. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities, integration, and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions for enhancements required in SAP S/4HANA FI.
- Provide production support for daily and monthly end-of-business processes to ensure the completeness of all activities for closing the books.
- Possess knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, primarily focusing on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Demonstrate strong integration knowledge with external third-party applications for both inbound and outbound data flows to SAP.
- Perform configuration tasks for SAP Fixed Assets and AR modules.
- Understand and manage the flow of data from external systems, including data mapping and validation rules for posting in SAP GL.
- Gain knowledge of accounting concepts; an accounting degree is preferred.
- Support the daily and monthly end-business process to ensure the completeness of all activity to close the books.
- Provide essential production support.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, with a primary focus on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Fixed Assets (FA) module.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, particularly with external third-party applications for inbound and outbound data.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA configuration for Fixed Assets and AR.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Front-End Fiori Tile Business Transactions.
- Ability to track data flow from external systems, perform data mapping, and apply data validation rules for posting in SAP GL.
- Understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
