Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP FICO configuration, particularly within S/4HANA environments, and the ability to manage end-to-end implementation and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful SAP implementations and a deep knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA or ECC environments to meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage Universal Journal and New Asset Accounting functionalities in S/4HANA.
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation or migration projects from ECC to S/4HANA.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution), and CO (Controlling).
- Oversee and execute data migration strategies from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide expert guidance and support during all phases of the SAP project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO configuration and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA Finance features and best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive SAP FICO configuration experience in S/4HANA or ECC environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Universal Journal and New Asset Accounting in S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation or migration projects.
- Strong understanding of integration between FICO, MM, SD, and CO modules.
- Experience with data migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
- Experience with Central Finance (CFIN).
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for finance.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, oil and gas, or retail sectors.
