Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Lead
This is a remote role with periodic client travel, focusing on leading end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance implementations. The role requires an active SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification and serves as the primary finance solution architect for clients.
Role Overview:
The SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Lead is responsible for shaping, delivering, and governing Finance solutions across multiple S/4 Public Cloud engagements. The role blends solution architecture, hands-on configuration, client advisory, and project leadership. You’ll guide clients through best practices for Public Cloud, ensure adoption of standardized processes, and drive successful deployments in a remote-first environment with periodic onsite visits.
Required Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification (Mandatory) – Finance or Finance Implementation.
- 7+ years of SAP Finance experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations as a Finance Lead.
- Deep understanding of Public Cloud fitt-to-standard methodology, SAP Activate, and cloud governance.
- Strong functional expertise in core Finance processes and cross-module integration points.
- Experience working in remote delivery models with distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, or BTP extensions.
- Knowledge of industry-specific Finance requirements (e.g., manufacturing, professional services, retail).
- Familiarity with integration tools (SAP Cloud Integration, APIs, IDocs).
- Background in consulting environments with multi-client delivery.
