Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) Architect – Life Sciences
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA QM Architect to lead the design and implementation of Quality Management solutions for Life Sciences clients. The role focuses on delivering compliant, scalable, and integrated SAP solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA QM solutions.
- Act as the solution architect and QM lead across full lifecycle implementations.
- Design end-to-end integrated SAP solutions across various business processes.
- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory standards (GxP, FDA).
- Conduct design workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
- Provide functional and architectural guidance to delivery teams.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business and IT functions.
- Drive alignment and ensure the successful delivery of SAP QM solutions.
Essential Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM).
- Hands-on experience in QM configuration and customization.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory and compliance standards (GxP, FDA).
- Strong understanding of quality management and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with cross-module SAP integrations.
- Exposure to global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
- Strong workshop facilitation and solution design skills.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
