About the Role
This is a contract role for an SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Tester to support a brownfield conversion. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end SIT/UAT execution, ECC-to-S/4 validation, SAP Fiori testing, transactional flow testing, integration testing, defect triage, and regression through closure. The role is primarily remote with an estimated 10% onsite requirement, involving once-a-month travel to PA, with travel expenses reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end testing across SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes in a brownfield conversion environment.
- Prepare, maintain, and execute SIT and UAT test scripts covering supply chain transactions, exception flows, and reversals.
- Validate ECC t-code behavior in S/4HANA, including transaction changes now handled through SAP Fiori apps, and document deltas and workarounds.
- Perform SAP Fiori functional testing for supply chain personas, including launchpad access, catalogs, spaces/pages, navigation, validations, performance, and error handling.
- Verify role-based security and backend authorization alignment, including business roles, PFCG mappings, segregation-of-duties considerations, and UAT user provisioning.
- Validate transactional flows such as requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts/issues, production orders, confirmations, deliveries, and billing.
- Perform cross-functional testing with FI/CO to confirm account determination, inventory valuation postings, and period-end impacts triggered by supply chain activity.
- Validate master data and organizational data readiness, including materials, vendors/customers, pricing/conditions, BOMs, routings, work centers, and plant/storage location structures.
- Execute and document brownfield scenarios such as returns, subcontracting, intercompany, stock transfers, backorders, batch/serial processing, and quality lots.
- Test inbound and outbound integrations, verify IDoc/API processing and reconciliation, and manage defect logging, retest, regression, and closure.
Required Technical Skills
- Expert-level SAP Supply Chain experience in testing-heavy delivery environments.
- Advanced SAP S/4HANA project experience with strong brownfield conversion exposure.
- Advanced hands-on experience executing SIT and UAT for supply chain processes.
- Advanced SAP Fiori testing experience, including functional validation and role-based access behavior.
- Advanced experience validating supply chain transactional flows across purchasing, inventory, production, logistics, and billing-related process touchpoints.
- Intermediate-to-Advanced experience with SAP security concepts relevant to Fiori and backend authorization mapping.
- Intermediate experience with cross-functional testing involving FI/CO, master data readiness, and enterprise integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Deloitte project experience as a contractor or permanent employee is helpful, though not required.
- Background supporting audit-friendly testing and traceable defect management in complex ERP programs is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, finance, security, and integration teams is preferred.

- Contract Duration: Approximately 4 months (04/06/2026 – 07/30/2026).
- Work Arrangement: Primarily Remote (90%) with 10% onsite travel.
- Onsite Expectations: Primarily remote with once-a-month travel to PA; travel expenses reimbursed.
- Residency Requirements: Candidate should be in the U.S.; PA Preferred, but East Coast will work.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,280 – $185,280 per year (Estimated)
