Role Overview: SAP S/4HANA Solution Integration & Test Management
The SAP S/4HANA Solution Integration Test (SIT) and Cutover Coordinator is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of business processes into the S/4HANA environment. - Utilize HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) to track test scripts, execution status, and defect aging reports.
- Manage the adoption of new system features by super users and end-users, facilitating training sessions and feedback loops.
- Create and maintain a master cutover plan using Smartsheet and Excel, detailing every task from system freeze to go-live.
- Organize and lead cutover rehearsals to identify potential bottlenecks in the migration sequence.
- Produce high-level dashboards for project leadership, providing transparency into readiness metrics and risk profiles.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure environment stability and data integrity during the migration phases.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for all testing and cutover activities to meet compliance requirements.
Technical Proficiency and Tooling
The ideal candidate must possess expert-level skills in project management and collaboration tools. Proficiency in Smartsheet is essential for tracking complex interdependencies that traditional project tools might miss. Microsoft Excel remains a staple for data mapping and quick analysis, while SharePoint serves as the central repository for governance artifacts. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is non-negotiable, specifically understanding the Fiori interface and the underlying HANA database architecture.
