Role Overview: SAP SAC Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SAC (Analytics Cloud) Consultant to join our dynamic team in McLean, VA, with the flexibility of remote work. This role is critical for driving data-driven decision-making within the HR domain, specifically focusing on SAP SuccessFactors integration and advanced people analytics. As a consultant, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing sophisticated reporting solutions that provide actionable insights into workforce trends and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex analytical models and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Configure and optimize ‘Stories in People Analytics’ to deliver real-time reporting capabilities to HR leadership.
- Translate intricate business requirements into technical specifications for workforce planning and talent management modules.
- Maintain and enhance SAP SuccessFactors data models, ensuring data integrity across Employee Central and other HR master data structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workforce benchmarks.
- Provide technical leadership in the migration and integration of legacy reporting systems into the SAP SAC ecosystem.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of existing analytical reports to ensure high availability and accuracy.
Technical Requirements
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors data models, including Employee Central and Talent modules.
- Proven experience with SAP People Analytics, including Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning.
- Strong proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for both BI and Planning scenarios.
- Ability to build complex data visualizations and interactive dashboards for executive-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR business processes and the ability to map them to technical data structures.
- Experience with C2C, W2, or 1099 engagement models in a consulting capacity.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
