Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM APO professional for an onsite position in Boise, Idaho. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain planning processes and extensive experience with SAP APO/SCM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP APO solutions to optimize our client’s supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and configuration of SAP APO modules, including SNP, PP/DS, and Demand Planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and implement planning strategies using heuristics, optimizer, and CTM.
- Configure and manage master data, including PDS, PPM, and transportation lanes.
- Provide expertise in demand planning and forecasting models.
- Support and troubleshoot SAP APO production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SCM and IBP functionalities.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Train end-users on SAP APO functionalities and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP APO/SCM experience.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning processes.
- Strong experience with SNP heuristics, optimizer, and CTM.
- Proven experience with PP/DS planning & scheduling.
- Solid understanding of demand planning forecasting models.
- Good understanding of master data (PDS, PPM, transportation lanes, resources).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- SAP APO Demand Planning / IBP experience.
- SAP PP module knowledge.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
