Role: SAP SD/OTC Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/OTC Functional Consultant for a long-term engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP SD and OTC processes, including their integration with other modules. The consultant will be responsible for hands-on configuration, support, and potentially leading integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level functional consulting for SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
- Configure and customize SAP SD/OTC modules to meet business requirements.
- Manage and execute SAP SD/OTC integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD/OTC functionalities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts.
- Participate in all phases of the SAP implementation lifecycle, including design, build, test, and go-live.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and company standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD Functional consulting.
- Proven experience with Order to Cash (OTC) integration.
- In-depth understanding of the OTC process flow.
- Familiarity with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA is a plus.
