Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Segmentation Lead with LSH experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in LSH and extensive functional lead experience, with a primary skill in SD or PP. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of segmentation strategies, translating business needs into SAP functionality, and managing demand planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of segmentation strategies within SAP.
- Provide high-level understanding of regulatory requirements in LSH.
- Utilize at least 10 years of functional lead experience, with a primary skill in SD or PP.
- Possess a high-level understanding of the full supply chain: SD, PP, QM, MM.
- Demonstrate a very strong business understanding and the capability to translate that into SAP functionality.
- Provide good understanding of demand planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Utilize knowledge of batch management and SAP characteristics.
- Lead a team and run workshops with diverse audiences (production, sales, procurement, quality).
Requirements:
- LSH experienced required.
- High level understanding of regulatory requirements in LSH required.
- At least 10 years of functional lead experience; SD or PP as main skill capability with at least a high level understanding of the full supply chain: SD, PP, QM, MM.
- Capable of leading the design and implementation of segmentation strategies.
- Must have a very strong business understanding and the capability to translate that into SAP functionality.
- Good understanding of demand planning required.
- Must be a very strong communicator; has to be a trusted advisor to the client.
- Batch management knowledge required.
- SAP characteristics knowledge required.
- Ability to lead a team; ability to run workshops with diverse audience (production, sales, procurement, quality).
Special Requirements
Remote with 50% travel to Northridge, CA; Accepting only USC, GC, GC EAD, TN and E3
Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
