Role Overview:
As a Package Consultant: SuccessFactors Payroll, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will provide expert consulting services, guiding clients through the implementation process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions, establishing key business capabilities and enabling the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Provide Expert Consulting: Provide expert consulting services, guiding clients through the implementation process, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Analyze Requirements: Conduct requirements analysis for key Employee Central Payroll functions like wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
- Configure and Implement: Configure and implement solutions, troubleshooting issues as needed, and providing training and support to clients.
- Ensure Integration: Ensure internal and external ECP integrations are properly configured and functioning as intended.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- SAP SuccessFactors Payroll: Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll platform) is required, including knowledge of key Employee Central Payroll functions like wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
- SAP Payroll Module Experience: Experience with SAP Payroll Module is necessary, including understanding of its integration with Employee Central Payroll.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Knowledge: Deep understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central is required, including its capabilities and limitations.
- ECP Integration Expertise: Experience with internal and external ECP integrations is necessary, including knowledge of how to configure and troubleshoot these integrations.
- Implementation and Troubleshooting: Deep expertise in implementing and troubleshooting HR technology solutions, particularly in the context of Employee Central Payroll, is required.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- SAP HCM Knowledge: Deep expertise in SAP HCM is beneficial, allowing for seamless integration with Employee Central Payroll and a comprehensive understanding of payroll processes.
- Cloud-Based HR Solutions: Experience with cloud-based HR solutions is advantageous, providing a foundation for designing and deploying innovative HR technology solutions.
- Payroll Process Optimization: Knowledge of payroll process optimization techniques is desirable, enabling the consultant to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
