Core Responsibilities Snapshot

  • Configure Employee Central core modules (MDF, RBP, workflows, position management)
  • Manage data models (SDM, Corporate Data Model)
  • Handle integrations (Integration Center, OData/SOAP APIs, CPI/PI/PO)
  • Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and error handling
  • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and release cycles
  • Prepare documentation (design docs, test scripts, KT materials)

Must-Have Skills (Critical)

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC)
  • MDF (Metadata Framework) + Business Rules
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Workflows / Position Management / Time Off
  • Integration Center + APIs (OData/SOAP)
  • Data Migration (templates, validation, reconciliation)
  • Testing (SIT/UAT/Regression)

Nice-to-Have

  • SAP CPI / CPI-DS / PI / PO
  • Release management experience
  • Strong documentation & KT experience

Compensation & Location

Salary: $80 – $80 per year

Location: Seattle, WA
