Core Responsibilities Snapshot
- Configure Employee Central core modules (MDF, RBP, workflows, position management)
- Manage data models (SDM, Corporate Data Model)
- Handle integrations (Integration Center, OData/SOAP APIs, CPI/PI/PO)
- Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and error handling
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and release cycles
- Prepare documentation (design docs, test scripts, KT materials)
Must-Have Skills (Critical)
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC)
- MDF (Metadata Framework) + Business Rules
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Workflows / Position Management / Time Off
- Integration Center + APIs (OData/SOAP)
- Data Migration (templates, validation, reconciliation)
- Testing (SIT/UAT/Regression)
Nice-to-Have
- SAP CPI / CPI-DS / PI / PO
- Release management experience
- Strong documentation & KT experience

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80 – $80 per year
