Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to manage and support our Talent Acquisition (TA) platforms and integrations. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills to ensure seamless operations and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support SAP SuccessFactors, with a specific focus on Talent Acquisition modules.
- Oversee and maintain TA platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
- Develop and manage integrations between TA platforms and other HR systems.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business units, to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SuccessFactors TA module and associated integrations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of TA processes and system functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the SuccessFactors environment.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules related to Talent Acquisition (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding).
- Experience in managing and supporting TA platforms and their integrations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
This is an onsite position located in New York City, NY. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to our HR technology initiatives.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
