Role Responsibilities
- Configure the application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HR processes.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations.
- Design, implement, and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Stay current with bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades, ensuring both self and customer systems remain up to date.
- Work independently and collaboratively, taking initiative to solve problems and remove roadblocks.
Essential Skills – Must Have
- 24 full end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Hands-on experience in EC with Time Management and Position Management.
- Strong experience with MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and Talent Management practices.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits.
- Ability to collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to document current processes and future-state EC requirements.
- Experience managing EC integrations with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Experience conducting gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and strategic road-map planning.
- Strong understanding of Time Off rules and configuration of Time Objects such as: Time Profiles, Time Types, Time Sheets.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with customer senior leadership.
- Experience handling incidents with strong skills in error analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Experience in proactively monitoring the EC solution and recommending improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center.
- Strong experience creating Advanced and Ad Hoc reports based on business requirements.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of Intelligent Services within SuccessFactors.
- Experience with other modules such as Core HR, Time, and Attendance is an added advantage.
- Ability to conduct discovery meetings to identify current processes and future-state needs, including support for pre-sales activities.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
