Job Title:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant
Location:
Seattle, WA (Hybrid/Onsite)
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors EC
- 24 full lifecycle implementations in Employee Central (EC)
- Hands-on experience with Time Management & Position Management
- Expertise in MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows
- Strong knowledge of Employee Lifecycle & HR business processes
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP Payroll & Benefits
- Proficiency in Integration Center and third-party integrations
- Strong experience in Time Off configuration (Time Profiles, Time Types, Time Sheets)
- Experience with reporting (Advanced & Ad Hoc Reports)
- Ability to perform gap analysis, solution design, and roadmap planning
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules is a plus
