Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Administrator to join our client’s team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring deep expertise in LMS administration, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulated environments and a proven ability to manage complex learning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) module.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and governance of the LMS.
- Develop and manage reports, analytics, and data quality initiatives.
- Oversee integrations and technical enablement for the LMS.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and meet learning needs.
- Provide strong knowledge of the life sciences domain and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with CSV (Computer System Validation) and audit procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content, user assignments, integrations, and system errors.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the SuccessFactors Platform, including RBP and BizX Admin Center.
- Create and maintain exceptional documentation for audit readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
- Proven background operating in audit-driven or regulated environments (SOX, GxP, ISO, OSHA, or similar).
- Advanced expertise in LMS security models, SCORM/AICC content debugging, learning history corrections, and data governance.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, particularly with content launch/tracking, user assignments, connector/SFTP/AICC issues, and integration/sync errors.
- Exceptional documentation skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, Platform).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence.
- Experience in heavily regulated industries (healthcare, biotech, finance, aerospace, government).
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification.
