Role Purpose / Summary

At least 10 to 15 years of strong hands-on experience in the SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off module with a very good understanding of HR business processes. Excellent communication skills, proactive, and client-handling skills. Ability to work closely with clients, identify HR business challenges/pain areas, analyze, and propose right solutions for complex issues. Ability to guide other SuccessFactors team members and deliver value to the client. Experience or know-how on other SF modules (RCM/ONB, ECP, Compensation), replication to S4, and SF integrations will be advantageous.

ADM delivery experience is preferred with strong understanding of ITIL processes and minimum ITIL Foundation certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain business workflows using SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze and propose solutions for complex HR business challenges.
  • Guide and mentor other SuccessFactors team members.
  • Ensure successful delivery of value to the client.
  • Integrate with other SAP modules and SF integrations as needed.
  • Experience with ADM delivery and ITIL processes is a plus.

Required Qualifications

Special Requirements

Clearance required: Active SC Clearance Eligibility with UK or Irish passport of Right to work in the UK and minimum 3 years working in UK. Need Active LinkedIn with good Connection. Hybrid 1-2 days per week onsite.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Southampton, MA
