Job Overview

This program focuses on automating and coordinating supply chain processes for critical environment spares. The goal is to transition from a supply chain with zero visibility to enhanced tracking from suppliers to data centers. Key integrations are being implemented with Blue Yonder TMS and Blue Yonder Network systems to significantly improve supply chain visibility and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the automation and coordination of supply chain processes for critical environment spares.
  • Implement and manage integrations with Blue Yonder TMS and Blue Yonder Network systems.
  • Enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency across all operations.
  • Manage the transition of the transportation model from a ‘black box’ contracting system for third-party carriers to a more strategic approach involving the selection of specific carriers and hubs.
  • Ensure systemic integrations are robust and effective.
  • Oversee master data management to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ensure accountability across multiple work streams, involving both internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive the program towards achieving enhanced tracking capabilities from suppliers to data centers.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor program progress and address any potential risks or issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor program team members.
  • Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage program budget and resources effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the supply chain.
  • Ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of the supply chain function.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance.
  • Implement best practices in supply chain management.
  • Ensure the secure and timely delivery of critical environment spares.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.
  • Ensure the program aligns with the overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management, specifically within supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and Blue Yonder TMS/Network systems.
  • Experience in automating and coordinating supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency.
  • Experience managing the transition of transportation models.
  • Expertise in systemic integrations and master data management.
  • Ability to ensure accountability across multiple work streams and partners.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year

Location: Bellevue, WA
