Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on SAP Technical Program Manager to lead a critical ERP transformation initiative. This program involves an S/4HANA upgrade and a migration from SAP HEC to RISE with SAP (Private Cloud). The role demands end-to-end delivery ownership, requiring close coordination with SAP, hyperscaler, and System Integrator (SI) partners to ensure minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage program governance, roadmap, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and executive reporting.
- Lead the execution of the S/4HANA upgrade and the RISE with SAP migration.
- Oversee and manage data migration activities, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
- Act as the single point of accountability across IT, business stakeholders, SAP teams, and external partners.
- Supervise and coordinate efforts related to SAP Basis, integrations, security, testing, and overall quality management.
Required Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP, with a strong track record in technical program leadership.
- Proven experience leading S/4HANA upgrades and implementing RISE with SAP (Private Cloud).
- Deep expertise in SAP Basis administration, data migration strategies, system integrations, and cutover processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills are essential.
