Job Description: SAP Test Lead
We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead with at least 10 years of experience in leading and managing teams within SAP programs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in at least one SAP migration program to RISE from ECC or S/4 HANA. A strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in the BRIM area. If BRIM experience is not available, extensive experience in CRM, SD, and Finance areas will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the overall SAP test strategy, including scope, environment management, tailored for SAP RISE/S/4 HANA transformations.
- Expertly coordinate with the development team and other stakeholders on deployments, test cycle execution, and status reporting.
- Manage and guide Automation and Performance testing teams within the project, providing necessary support and direction.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and drive UAT testing by collaborating with various UAT users.
- Establish and enhance test governance, entry/exit criteria, defect triage models, and quality metrics across the program.
- Demonstrate excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to all stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile projects and proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) tools.
- Ability to drive innovation ideas and provide guidance to the team.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading and managing teams in SAP programs.
- Experience in at least one SAP migration program to RISE from ECC or S/4 HANA.
- Preferably experienced in BRIM area.
- If no BRIM experience, must have experience in CRM, SD & Finance areas.
- Experience in handling Automation and Performance teams.
- Experience in UAT coordination.
- Experience working in agile projects.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
