Job Description: SAP VIM SME

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP VIM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. This role involves supporting and enhancing our SAP VIM (OpenText) solution, ensuring efficient invoice processing and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong expertise and hands-on support for SAP VIM (OpenText) functionalities.
  • Collaborate with MM, FI, and AP teams to ensure seamless invoice processing.
  • Utilize ABAP, BAPIs, and workflows for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and optimize EDI/XML invoice processing workflows.
  • Work within an Application Management Services (AMS) support model.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP VIM and integrated modules.
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementation projects as needed.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven strong experience in SAP VIM (OpenText).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, specifically MM, FI, and AP modules.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming, BAPIs, and SAP workflows.
  • Solid understanding of EDI/XML invoice processing.
  • Experience working in an AMS support environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote position with occasional onsite travel required.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
  • The contract duration is expected to be 6+ months.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
