Job Description
We are looking for a SCADA Technical Lead with experience in the Energy domain. The role involves technical design and architecture, security, compliance, risk management, build, test, and cutover management, as well as deployment and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of SCADA systems.
- Ensure security, compliance, and risk management for SCADA implementations.
- Manage the build, testing, and cutover phases of SCADA projects.
- Oversee deployment and ensure operational readiness.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance within the Energy domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SCADA systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in SCADA and the Energy sector.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar senior role.
- Strong background in SCADA systems, particularly within the Energy domain.
- Experience with technical design and architecture.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management principles.
- Experience in build, test, and cutover management.
- Familiarity with deployment processes and operational readiness.
- Exposure to Aspentech SCADA is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $49 – $49 per year
