Job Summary
We are seeking a SCADA Technical Lead to oversee the technical design, architecture, and implementation of SCADA systems. This role requires expertise in security, compliance, and risk management, as well as experience in build, test, cutover, and deployment management.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Design and Architecture: Lead the development of robust and scalable SCADA system designs and architectures.
- Security, Compliance, and Risk Management: Ensure SCADA systems meet stringent security, compliance, and risk management standards.
- Build, Test, and Cutover Management: Oversee the build and testing phases, managing the cutover process to minimize disruption.
- Deployment and Operational Readiness: Ensure successful deployment and operational readiness of SCADA systems.
- Aspentech SCADA Exposure: Leverage experience with Aspentech SCADA systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar senior role within SCADA environments.
- Strong understanding of SCADA system principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Experience with security best practices in industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks relevant to SCADA.
- Experience in managing the full lifecycle of SCADA system implementation, including build, test, cutover, and deployment.
- Exposure to Aspentech SCADA is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $90 per year (Estimated)
