Role: SCM Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCM Architect with deep Oracle SCM domain expertise to lead and execute Supply Chain Management projects. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP SCM, with at least 5 years in a lead role, and possess strong techno-functional leadership and customer-facing skills. Responsibilities include guiding solution design, ensuring scalability, leading discussions with stakeholders, and acting as a trusted advisor. The role requires hands-on delivery and an innovation mindset, with familiarity with AI and modern tech stacks to enhance SCM processes. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and integration tools is preferred. Telecom or large enterprise experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with core Supply Chain teams to learn and align with domain flows.
- Lead and execute SCM-related projects from design to delivery.
- Drive architecture discussions and provide thought leadership.
- Collaborate across teams and vendors as if you were a team member.
- Mentor and guide junior resources when required.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle ERP SCM modules.
- Guide solution design and ensure scalability.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders and represent their interests.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
- Roll up sleeves and execute tasks when needed.
- Stay familiar with AI and modern tech stacks to enhance SCM processes.
- Document and deliver knowledge sessions to teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years in Oracle ERP SCM domain, with at least 5+ years in a lead role.
- Excellent Communication skill.
- SCM Domain Expertise (Inventory, OM, Procurement).
- Deep Oracle SCM Domain Expertise.
- Experience in Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.

- Strong functional consulting skills with Oracle ERP SCM modules.

- Must have worked on Oracle R12 On-Prem version in SCM (Order management, Inventory, shipping, advance pricing, Procurement) area as Functional consultant.
- Must be hands-on and configured application from scratch.
- Must have worked on Oracle fusion cloud – in SCM and Procurement modules.
- Must have worked on a project where client moved from on-prem version to Oracle fusion cloud.
- Pre-Sales experience is a plus.
Measurable Outcomes:
- Solution Design & Delivery: Deliver at least 2 major SCM solution designs within the first 90 days, aligned with architecture standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement 3+ process improvements in Inventory, Order Management, or Procurement within the first 6 months.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct weekly architecture review sessions and maintain 95% stakeholder satisfaction based on feedback surveys.
- Knowledge Transfer: Document and deliver 4 comprehensive knowledge sessions to teams within the first quarter.
- Innovation Adoption: Propose and pilot at least 1 AI-driven enhancement for SCM workflows within the first 6 months.
- Project Leadership: Successfully lead end-to-end delivery of at least 1 critical SCM project within the first 6 months.
Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $1 – $1 per year (Estimated)
