Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Lead with strong expertise in Agile methodologies and SAP S/4HANA migration programs. The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure smooth execution of large-scale enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize flow of value from ideation to release
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and promote transparency
- Enable teams to adopt modern Agile frameworks and techniques
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive high-performing team culture
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and planning
- Promote collaboration across cross-functional teams
Required Skills (Must Have):
- 7-9 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects (enterprise scale)
- Strong technical background
- Proven experience in Agile coaching and team leadership
- Scrum Certification (CSM / PSM / SSM or equivalent)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA technical/configuration
- Exposure to SAP HANA platform
- Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe)
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
