Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Lead Tester with extensive experience in AI Agent testing to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality software in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in test automation, API testing, and working within an onshore/offshore model. Experience in healthcare is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing efforts within an Agile Scrum framework.
- Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Test APIs and data integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Validate and test AI Agent accuracy, refine based on results, and ensure test data represents realistic user interactions.
- Generate prompts and leverage test centers to execute AI Agent tests.
- Understand the non-deterministic nature of AI testing and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ensure strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Agile principles, particularly in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Collaborate effectively with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
- Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
- Test customer support and contact center systems (a plus).
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience in software testing.
- 3+ years of experience developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests.
- Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, JavaScript.
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
- Experience in Test Automation and execution.
- Understanding of AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.
- Experience with Test Management tools like Rational Tool Suite, JIRA.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
