Job Title: Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams within a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum practices, remove impediments, and foster collaboration between business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and keeping teams focused on sprint goals
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown/burnup charts, and sprint health
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate proactively when necessary
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable outcomes
- Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a scaled Agile environment
- Ensure compliance with client, security, and governance standards, especially within BFSI setups
- Support release planning and cross-team alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-10 years of overall experience with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban (SAFe is a plus)
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience working in BFSI or regulated environments preferred
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- PMI-ACP (good to have)

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
