Job Description: Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the Bill Compare workstream within an XD CIS to SAP system migration program. This is a contract role with a potential for conversion, located onsite in Juno Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting sprint delivery.
- Drive delivery of accurate bill comparison results across legacy and SAP billing systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and product owners.
- Coordinate and manage testing cycles (SIT/UAT phases).
- Track and manage defects, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor sprint progress and align with program milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain transparency through status reporting and dashboards.
- Act as liaison between Bill Compare team and other workstreams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Proven experience in large-scale system migration or transformation programs.
- Experience in defect tracking, test coordination, and release management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with billing systems, data validation, or utility industry processes.
- Familiarity with CIS (Customer Information Systems) and SAP migration projects.
- Scrum certifications: CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Experience with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
