Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Alpharetta, GA (100% Onsite)
Required Skills:
- 6-8 years of Scrum Master experience
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Architects)
- Ability to manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Strong experience in identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks
- Exposure to Data Platform / Data Fabric environments (preferred)
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Cucumber, Power BI
- Strong stakeholder communication and dependency management skills
Job Description:
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and align with project timelines
- Collaborate with technical teams to mitigate post-deployment risks
- Support continuous improvement and Agile best practices
